How does Celoria help me find work?
Celoria Recruitment Solutions reviews experience and connects suitable candidates with recruitment partners or employers. We help you understand relevant opportunities and the application process. The employing organisation makes the final hiring decision; applying does not guarantee an offer.
Which type of job should I apply for?
Start with the work you can do and the skills you can demonstrate. Compare the tasks, experience, certificates, language requirements and conditions in the job description. If you are unsure which category fits, describe your recent work when contacting a recruiter.
What does accommodation included mean?
It means accommodation is part of the arrangement described for that role. It does not automatically mean free accommodation. Check the room type, weekly cost, deductions, commute and housing conditions before accepting an offer or arranging travel.
Can I apply if I speak English?
Check the language requirements of your chosen vacancy. English may be suitable for some roles, while others require Dutch or another language. Describe your speaking and understanding level honestly so the recruiter can assess the match.
Do I need a driving licence or my own car?
This depends on the vacancy and transport arrangement. A driving licence requirement and an own-car requirement are different. Check both, along with the licence category, commute, available transport and any costs, before applying.
What should I check about my right to work?
Check whether your documents permit you to work in the Netherlands and meet the vacancy requirements. Tell the recruiter about your current work authorisation. An advertised vacancy does not mean visa sponsorship is available. Verify the official requirements for your situation.
How should I compare salary offers?
Check whether each amount is gross or net, the payment period and the hours used to calculate it. Then compare allowances, housing, insurance, transport and other deductions or separate costs. Ask for written conditions before deciding.
What should I prepare before applying?
Prepare a CV describing your recent work, relevant skills, language level and availability. Check the vacancy for required licences, certificates and documents. Include accurate contact details, and confirm the job and practical arrangements before booking travel.
