About the Warehouse Worker Role

Order Picker Tasks
- Operate a low-level order-picking truck and Bluetooth finger scanner.
- Collect and scan food and non-food products using electronic collection carts.
- Ensure accurate product selection and correct quantities.
- Notify supervisors of any out-of-stock items.
- Place collected products correctly in the designated expedition area.
- Maintain a clean and organised workplace.
Expedition Tasks
- Verify and control the quality of collected products.
- Sort, route, and scan fresh products received overnight.
- Move roll containers to loading zones.
- Identify deviations and follow the correct actions.
- Transfer valuable orders to drivers using a pocket computer.
- Support loading, routing, and general warehouse expedition work when needed.

Salary and Allowances

Monday to Friday, 04:00–06:00 and 19:00–22:00: 125%
Monday to Friday, 22:00–04:00: 150%
Saturday 00:00–12:00: 150%. Saturday after 12:00: 200%
Sundays and bank holidays: 200%
Cold warehouse allowance: +€0.49/hour
Freezer allowance: +€1.19/hour
Final income depends on the number of hours worked, the exact shifts assigned, applicable allowances, overtime, and final employment conditions.
