About the Order Picker and Loader Role
As an Order Picker and Loader in the Netherlands, you will work in a night-shift warehouse team preparing fresh products for shipping. Your work includes sorting, scanning, checking product quality, moving roll containers, and placing products in the correct loading areas.

Job Responsibilities
- Quantify and control the quality of collected products.
- Sort, scan, and place fresh products for shipping.
- Move roll containers to designated loading locations.
- Identify and report product deviations or quality issues.
- Use a pocket computer to transfer orders to drivers.
- Prepare orders accurately and with minimal errors.
- Work safely in warehouse departments with different temperatures.
- Support loading, order preparation, and general logistics tasks when needed.
- Follow warehouse safety rules, hygiene standards, and team instructions.

Salary, Allowances and Practical Details
For candidates aged 21 and above, the salary is €14.99 gross per hour. For candidates aged 20, the salary is €13.13 gross per hour. Holiday allowance is 10.5%.
Monday to Friday, 04:00–06:00 and 19:00–22:00: 125%
Monday to Friday, 22:00–04:00: 150%
Saturday 00:00–12:00: 150%. Saturday after 12:00: 200%
Sundays and public holidays: 200%
Cooler environment allowance: €0.49
Freezer environment allowance: €1.19
Housing is available for this role. Transport is also provided, usually by bicycle or car depending on the location, accommodation address, and work schedule.
You will receive work training and support through a Staff Buddy system during onboarding. Practical details such as accommodation, transport, Dutch health insurance, and first working days will be explained during the recruitment process.
