About the Reach Truck Driver Role
As a Reach Truck Driver in the Netherlands, you will support the daily logistics process inside warehouse operations. Your main task is to operate a reach truck safely and accurately while moving products, preparing goods for transport, and helping the warehouse team maintain an efficient workflow.

Job Responsibilities

Salary, Contract and Allowances
The salary depends on the work location. For Rijsenhout and Hillegom, the salary is €14.71 gross per hour. For Amsterdam, the salary is €15.75 gross per hour.
Employees receive an 8.33% holiday allowance. In some locations, additional reserved vacation hours may apply, up to approximately 10.92%. Holiday pay is accrued during your work and is usually paid annually around June.
The salary is paid weekly. The first salary payment is made at the end of the second work week, usually on Friday.
The contract is a Dutch agency phase A physical flex contract. Final contract conditions are confirmed during the recruitment process before you accept the job.
Accommodation, Transport and Practical Costs
Agency accommodation is available. The accommodation cost is between €127.50 and €152.50 per week, depending on the location. Accommodation can be in houses or hotels, and 2 people usually share one room. Common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom are shared.
Candidates must bring a €50 cash deposit for the accommodation. If everything is correct at departure, this deposit is returned.
Health insurance costs €38.02 per week. Final health insurance details are confirmed during onboarding.
Transport depends on the distance between accommodation and work. For 0–10 km from work, a bicycle can be used at €2.50 per week. For 10–16 km from work, an electric bike can be used at €17.50 per week. Car transport may be available through drivers at €7 per day.
Pickup times are usually shared through the P4F / Plan4Flex app every day before 20:00. Candidates with private accommodation should note that the agency does not provide transport for private housing, and the usual maximum distance is approximately 40–50 km from work.
