We are looking for an experienced Panel Builder to work on technical projects in the Netherlands. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and finish electrical control panels and cabinets based on electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. This position is suitable for candidates who can work accurately, understand electrical layouts, and build panels to a clean and professional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and work instructions
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and cabinets
- Mount electrical components such as relays, breakers, terminal blocks, contactors, and power supplies
- Route, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires neatly and accurately
- Connect components according to drawings and technical specifications
- Identify components and wiring points based on schematics and bills of materials
- Check panel quality, wiring accuracy, and overall finishing before delivery
- Perform basic electrical testing and support troubleshooting of minor wiring issues
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-quality working standard

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Panel Builder or in a similar electrical assembly role
- Experience assembling and wiring electrical control panels
- Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and schematics
- Good understanding of panel components, wiring, and electrical layouts
- Driving licence is required
- Good English is required
- Accurate, organized, and able to work independently
- Quality-focused attitude and good technical discipline
