About the E&I Electrician Role
As an E&I Electrician in the Netherlands, you will work on electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial environments. The work is focused on field wiring, junction boxes, multicore cables, instruments, motors, switchboards, and process-related electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Install junction boxes for industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Pull, route, and install multicore cable according to project instructions.
- Connect cables to switchboards, panels, motors, and field equipment.
- Work with process instruments such as flowmeters, level sensors, and pressure transmitters.
- Support the installation of electrical and instrumentation cabling in industrial or petrochemical environments.
- Prepare and connect field wiring in a clean, organised, and traceable way.
- Follow cable routing, cable identification, termination, and safety instructions.
- Work together with other electricians, E&I technicians, supervisors, and site teams.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean installation area.
Job Requirements
- Experience as an E&I Electrician, industrial electrician, instrumentation electrician, electrical installer, or similar technical role.
- Industrial or petrochemical experience is preferred.
- Experience with junction boxes, multicore cable, field wiring, motors, switchboards, or instrumentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately with cables, terminations, instruments, and electrical connections.
- Understanding of safe working behaviour in industrial or process environments.
- Driver’s licence required.
- Reliable, practical, and able to work as part of an international technical team.
- Basic English is usually needed for workplace communication and recruiter contact.
- Valid right to work in the Netherlands, such as an EU passport or ID card, or a valid Dutch work permit.
Certificates and Safety Training
