Job Responsibilities
- Produce, fit, and assemble steel elements, metal frames, gates, railings, and custom structures.
- Read and follow technical drawings, measurements, sketches, or workshop instructions.
- Prepare materials by measuring, marking, cutting, drilling, grinding, or cleaning parts where required.
- Position and secure metal parts using bolts, anchors, clamps, fixing systems, or other assembly methods.
- Check dimensions, alignment, angles, and fit before parts are finished, assembled, or installed.
- Support fabrication and fitting work for gates, fences, stairs, platforms, frames, or similar steel constructions.
- Work together with welders, fitters, assemblers, production workers, or site supervisors.
- Follow safety rules and keep tools, materials, and the working area clean and organised.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Locksmith, metal construction worker, metal fabricator, metal fitter, steel assembler, or similar technical worker.
- Experience with metal construction, fabrication, fitting, workshop assembly, or custom steel structures.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, measurements, or production instructions.
- Experience working with gates, frames, railings, fences, stairs, supports, or other steel elements is an advantage.
- Confident use of hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, drilling tools, grinders, and basic workshop equipment.
- Accurate working style and the ability to check your own measurements and fitting quality.
- Basic English is usually needed for communication at work and with the recruiter.
