Construction job In the Netherlands - Handymen for Modular Houses

Location: Montfoort (Utrecht) & Oirschot (North Brabant)
Salary: €512 net/week

Join the largest modular housing company in the Netherlands and help build modern, energy-efficient homes. As a Handyman (All-round), you’ll work in an international team on varied, hands-on tasks: installing walls and cladding, painting, basic carpentry, small electrical repairs, assembling prefabricated elements, and maintaining fixtures and equipment. Safety procedures are always followed, and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install prefabricated building elements on site

  • Install walls, cladding, and interior finishes

  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and minor electrical repairs

  • Maintain tools, fixtures, and small equipment

  • Follow safety protocols (VCA standard) and quality procedures

  • Collaborate with a skilled, international team

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience on a construction site or multi-skilled handyman role

  • Driving license (own car preferred; rental options available)

  • Willingness to obtain VCA within the first month (support provided)

  • Communicative in English or Dutch; reliable, proactive, and safety-minded
