Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will produce highly precise and complex components using 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. You will work on small production series and a wide range of materials, from small precision parts to large components.

• Independently produce high-precision and complex parts based on technical drawings and production instructions
• Program and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
• Perform intermediate quality checks using measurement tools and inspection equipment
• Work together with other CNC millers to create detailed production planning
• Determine the correct tools, speeds, feed rates, and cutting parameters based on product geometry
• Contribute ideas to optimize the production process and improve efficiency

Job Requirements

You are a strong fit for this role if you already have CNC milling experience and can program independently, read technical drawings, and work accurately on complex parts in a precision production environment.

• At least 3 years of experience working with 3-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with Heidenhain programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of cutting tools and cooling/lubrication systems
• Ability to program the machine independently
