How much work history should you include?

If you have worked for less than 10 years, include all relevant jobs.

If you have worked for more than 10 years, include at least your most recent 10 years, plus older positions that are particularly important or relevant to the work you want to do.

If you do not remember an exact month for an older job, leave the month blank and enter the closest year you remember. Do not guess exact dates.

That is fine. You can continue. Later we will ask about education, training, projects, internships, volunteering and other relevant experience.

Help us understand your employment timeline

Career gaps are common and are not automatically a problem. However, unexplained periods can raise questions on a CV. Please tell us about significant periods when you were not working. You do not need to share private details that are not necessary.

You told us that you have not had paid work experience, so there is no employment gap to add here. You can continue to the next step.

Use official names where possible

You may enter qualifications, certificates and licences in their original language. Do not guess an English equivalent if you are not sure.

Do not worry if you are unsure where something belongs. Include the information in the section that seems closest and Celoria Recruitment can organize it later.

Only include skills you genuinely have

You can use your own language. We will use your work, education and other experience to support the skills included in your final materials.

Relevant experience is not limited to paid jobs

Projects, internships, volunteering, freelance work, apprenticeships and practical training can all be useful, especially if you have limited work experience or are changing career.
