Order Picker & EPT Driver Job in The Netherlands

Key Responsibilities

• Collect food products from assigned departments.
• Perform order picking using a voice-picking system (in Dutch/English, Dutch coaching provided).
• Operate Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) to load/unload food pallets for storage or transport.
• Inspect and report product defects to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Complete additional tasks as requested.

Work Environment

• Freezer Department: Temperatures range from -15°C to -25°C.
• Other Departments: Temperatures range from +4°C to +6°C.
• Workers will receive warm clothing and safety shoes.

Work Schedule

• Shifts:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00
• Monday to Saturday, with potential for overtime, Sunday, and holiday shifts depending on workload.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in order picking and freezer warehouse work (-15°C to -25°C).
  • EPT driving experience is mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Advanced English communication skills (B2 level).
  • Good computer and calculation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy packages.
• Additional:

Compensation

• Base Salary: €14.23 gross/hour.
• Allowances:
  • €1.22/hour for working in -18°C to -28°C.
  • €0.50/hour for working in +4°C to +6°C environments.
