Precision Surface and Cylindrical Grinding
Celoria Recruitment Solutions is recruiting experienced precision grinders for NC/CNC surface and cylindrical grinding in the Netherlands. Applications are open for ongoing recruitment through our recruitment partner. The exact workplace and assignment details are confirmed during screening.
You will work on high-quality metal components, setting up grinding machines and checking that finished parts meet the required dimensions and surface quality.
- Set up and operate NC/CNC-controlled surface and cylindrical grinding machines.
- Select grinding wheels and the appropriate grinding parameters.
- Dress grinding wheels as part of the setup and machining process.
- Read technical drawings and work to the specified tolerances.
- Check component dimensions and surface finish to tight tolerances.
Experience and Requirements
- Hands-on experience with NC/CNC precision grinding.
- Experience reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances.
- The ability to set up grinding work and check finished components.
General CNC operation alone is insufficient: your experience should demonstrate precision grinding work. Include the surface or cylindrical grinding processes you have used, the machines you have operated and the setup and inspection tasks you personally performed.
An advantage: experience grinding hardened materials.

Salary, Hours and Day Shifts
The basic salary range is €22–28 net per hour, with a 40-hour working week on day shifts.
The recruitment partner will confirm your offered rate, work schedule, contract and any deductions before you accept. Ask how accommodation and any other charges affect the amount you receive. If additional hours are proposed, confirm their payment separately.
Single-Room Accommodation and Location
Single-room accommodation is included. Confirm the housing costs, any payroll deductions, the housing location and arrival arrangements before accepting the assignment.
The role is in the Netherlands. The exact town, workplace and commute are confirmed during screening. Ask which transport arrangement applies to your assignment before travelling.
