About the Powder Coater Role
As a Powder Coater in the Netherlands, you will support the full coating process for industrial parts. Depending on your experience, you may work on pre-treatment, hanging parts on the production line, applying powder coating, checking finished products, removing coated parts, and preparing items for packing.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare parts before powder coating, including pre-treatment and basic surface preparation.
- Hang plastic, ferrous, and non-ferrous parts correctly on the coating line.
- Apply powder coating according to work instructions, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Support the coating process from preparation to finished product.
- Inspect coated parts for finish quality, visible defects, damage, coverage, and consistency.
- Remove finished parts from the line and prepare them for packing.
- Pack finished products carefully according to workplace standards.
- Keep the workplace, equipment, and production area clean and organised.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to efficient, high-quality production.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Powder Coater, coating worker, industrial painter, surface-treatment worker, production worker, or metal finishing worker is an advantage.
- Motivation to learn or use experience in the full powder-coating process.
- Ability to work accurately with parts used in industrial or high-tech production.
- Good attention to detail when checking coating quality and finished products.
- Physically able to stand, move parts, and work during a full shift.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support different steps of the production process.
