Powder Coater Job in the Netherlands with Accommodation

Location: Netherlands
Salary: €550 to €700 net/week
Accommodation: Free, Single rooms

As an All-Round Coater. You’ll learn (or use your experience with) every step of the powder-coating process—from pre-treatment and hanging to coating, quality control, and packing. We work with plastic, ferrous, and non-ferrous parts for the high-tech industry in a modern facility focused on safety and environmentally friendly processes.


Job Responsibilities

  • Pre-treat, hang, powder coat, and remove metal parts from the line

  • Operate, set up, and adjust the powder-coating installation/spray equipment

  • Apply the correct powders and techniques per job card and specs

  • Read and interpret drawings with various specifications independently

  • Inspect coated parts for gloss, layer thickness, adhesion, and damage

  • Pack finished products according to set standards

  • Keep your workstation clean and contribute to safe, efficient production

Job Requirements

  • Physically able to stand for a full shift

  • Experience in powder coating is a plus
