Order Picker & EPT Driver Job in The Netherlands

Job Responsibilities

• In this position, your duties will include:
• Picking, stacking and stickering food products
• Order picking with a hand scanner
• Driving the EPT with up to 5 containers
• Performing other general logistics tasks if needed
• You may also be assigned to work in the freezer department (-18°C to -28°C) for certain periods. In the freezer, employees receive a 15-minute break for every hour worked.

• Safety shoes with steel toe are mandatory

Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• CV in English is mandatory to apply
• Order picker experience is mandatory
• Experience working with an EPT is mandatory
• Ability to work in a cold environment (chilled and freezer)
• Motivated, serious and reliable
• Good with numbers and computers
• Willing to live and work with multiple nationalities
• Available to stay longer in the Netherlands

Allowances & bonuses

• You receive attractive shift allowances on top of your base hourly wage:

  • Evening hours (19:00 – 22:00): +25%

  • Night hours (22:00 – 05:00): +50%

  Saturday:

  • 00:00 – 12:00: +50%

  • 12:00 – 00:00: +100%

  Sunday:

  • 00:00 – 04:00: +100%

  Freezer allowance – Veghel (-18°C / -28°C):

  • A +1.11 cent freezer bonus for every hour worked in the freezer, on top of the normal hourly wage.
