Location: Hesse, Germany (regional field work, on-site) (m/f/d)

Pay: €17–27/hour gross (DOE) + per diems & bonus

Travel: Regional travel in Hesse; work at height
About the Job
As a Service Technician, you’ll handle maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of modern wind turbines. You’ll inspect and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components—including control and regulation systems—while keeping documentation accurate and implementing technical improvements. Safety and quality are your top priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance and servicing of wind turbines
- Fault analysis and on-site troubleshooting
- Operation and control of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Independent implementation of technical improvements
- Detailed, precise documentation of all work
- Collaboration within a motivated service team with a strong safety culture
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training: electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or similar
- Ideally experience in wind energy—or strong motivation to enter the field
- Willingness to travel regionally; comfortable working at heights
- Valid Class B or BE driving licence
- Excellent German (spoken & written)
- Experience with GE or ENERCON is a plus; Nordex/Vestas also welcome
- Recognized professional qualification in Germany
Salary and Benefits
- Permanent contract with €17–27/hour gross

- Per diem: €28/day (overnight) and €14/day (no overnight)
