About the Job

Join a specialist electrical service team supporting onshore wind farms across Germany—primarily GE platforms (80–85% of fleet). You’ll perform preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, with significant hands-on work in converters, blade angle alignments, and connecting 400V motors to the grid. Travel and accommodation are fully supported, and you’ll work within a mature HSE culture at one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable service providers.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GE wind turbines (occasional Enercon work).

  • Carry out converter work, blade angle alignments, and 400V motor grid connections.

  • Diagnose/repair electrical & control system faults; support mechanical/hydraulic troubleshooting.

  • Conduct inspections, functional testing, and component replacements.

  • Work safely on LV/HV systems following company & OEM HSE procedures.

  • Accurately document all tasks in company and OEM systems.


Job Requirements

  • Direct hands-on experience with converters, blade angle alignment, and 400V motor-to-grid connections (non-negotiable).

  • Proven background as a Wind Turbine Technician (GE platforms strongly preferred).

  • Recognized technical/electrical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics).

  • Fit for work at height; willing to travel and work in variable weather.


Salary and Benefits

  • €23–27/hour gross depending on experience/qualifications.

  • Flexible rotations: 3/1, 4/2, or 6/2.

  • Hotels arranged and paid during rotations.

  • Daily allowance: €28/day tax-free when overnighting on site; €14/day when no overnight stay required.
