Join the world’s largest flower auction house and help bring bouquets to life as an Order Picker in Aalsmeer. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment where millions of flowers and plants are processed every day, and quality is the top priority.

In this role, you’ll carefully prepare flower orders for clients across Europe, making sure every bouquet meets their expectations.

Your main tasks

As an Order Picker, you will:

Pick various types of flowers for bouquet arrangements
Prepare orders according to client specifications
Perform quality checks on different flowers and bouquets
Work in a cold warehouse environment (flower storage temperatures)
Collaborate with a large, international and multicultural team

Working conditions & salary

Gross hourly wage: €14.40
Holiday allowance: +8.33%
Reserved vacation hours: +10.92%
Working hours: 32–48 hours per week
Shifts: Day shifts only
Contract duration: 6 months

Work in a cold warehouse, so warm clothing is important

Housing deposit:

All candidates must bring €50 in cash as a deposit for the house
If everything is in order at the end of your stay, the €50 is returned to you upon departure

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Are team players and reliable
Have a clean criminal record (certificate not older than 6 months from the home country)
Show professional maturity and a responsible, invested attitude
Have an interest in flowers and plants (a plus)
Experience with plants or flowers is an advantage, but not mandatory
Have a good command of Dutch and/or English
