We’re hiring experienced MIG/MAG welders for heavy steel structures and machine parts. You’ll work with process codes 135/136/138 using multi-layer techniques to produce strong, accurate welds that pass rigorous quality checks. Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG/MAG (GMAW/FCAW) welding on heavy steel structures and components
- Execute multi-layer welds per process codes 135, 136, 138
- Weld primarily in PA/1G and PB/2F positions
- Read and interpret technical drawings (isometric drawings a plus)
- Measure, self-inspect, and document weld quality to company standards
- Support general construction/fabrication tasks when required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation; use PPE at all times

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional MIG/MAG welding experience (processes 135/136/138)
- Proven GMAW/FCAW skills with consistent penetration and bead quality
- Proficiency in PA/1G and PB/2F; multi-layer welding experience
- Ability to read technical drawings; isometric drawing literacy is an advantage
- Strong safety mindset and strict PPE compliance (safety glasses, etc.)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
