Construction Worker Job / All-Round Handyman – Modular Housing

We are looking for skilled and motivated Construction Workers / Handymen to join a dynamic modular housing project in the Netherlands. You will work with an international team on modern, energy-efficient homes that are quick to assemble and built with precision.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. From installing walls to small repairs, there is always something new to build, fix, or improve.


Job Responsibilities

  • As an All-Round Handyman in modular housing, your tasks will include:

    • Installing walls, cladding and finishing elements

    • Performing basic carpentry work (fitting panels, frames, etc.)

    • Carrying out small electrical repairs (simple installations and adjustments)

    • Painting, sealing and finishing interior and exterior elements

    • Assembling prefabricated building elements on site

    • Maintaining fixtures, tools and equipment

    • Always following safety procedures and instructions

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience on a construction site or in a similar multi-skilled role

    • Willingness to obtain a VCA certificate within the first month (safety course)

    • Practical mindset, good work ethic and ability to work in a team

    • Readiness to work on long-term projects in the Netherlands
