Key Responsibilities:

• Plan workflow while managing customer expectations.
• Grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brushes or spray guns, ensuring thorough and high-quality coating.
• Inspect painted surfaces for runs or sags to maintain quality standards.
• Perform additional mechanical assignments such as repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics if required.
• Be flexible with working overtime when necessary, depending on workflow demands.

Job Conditions:

• Salary: From €570 net per week, depending on experience.
• Working Hours: Full-time and long-term employment in a fast-paced environment.
• Accommodation: Provided in houses. Rent: €135 per week (specialists receive a €52.50 net discount).
• Health Insurance: €38.05 per week.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of proven experience as a car painter.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles while following safety instructions and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.
