International Truck Driver Job in Germany - Amazon Driver

We are hiring experienced C+E international drivers for Amazon routes based out of Marl, Germany. This is cross-border work across Germany and the EU (not domestic-only), with night shifts in Luxembourg/France and weekend work outside Germany as part of the rotation.
Routes: Germany + international EU routes (including Luxembourg/France)
Contract
- Permanent employment contract with an initial probation period
- Long-term role (preferred minimum commitment: 1 year)
- Registered residence in Germany for all drivers
Salary & bonuses
- Base salary: €3,500 net/month.
- Typical earnings: around €4,000 net/month including bonuses. (depending on performance and rotation).
- Extra: +€300 net/month for night shifts in Luxembourg/France and weekend work outside Germany.
- Additional bonus applies when exceeding 10,000 km/month.
Work & schedule
- International driving (EU) for Amazon
- Drivers sleep in the truck
- Availability required 24/7 during working periods
- Rotation system available (3 drivers per truck) for drivers who prefer this setup
Driver requirements
- Valid C+E license
- Minimum 1 year of professional EU driving experience
- Good knowledge of the German Autobahn system
- Comfortable using a tablet for work
