A bit about me
I started in digital marketing, designing WordPress sites and running SEO, PPC, and social campaigns. That work taught me how to attract the right audience, tell a clear story, and use data to improve results, skills I later brought into recruitment. As a freelance recruiter before founding Celoria Recruitment Solutions, I ran full-cycle hiring across Construction, Engineering, Energy & Utilities, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, Decarbonization, and Tech & IT. I partnered with hiring managers to shape requirements, sourced and screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and managed offers and relocations while building reliable talent pipelines.
Today at Celoria Recruitment Solutions, I focus on blue-collar and technical roles, mainly for the European market. I keep the process fast and practical: clear role definition, targeted sourcing, quick screening, and prepared candidates who can hit the ground running. My marketing background helps with employer branding and lead generation, while my recruitment experience ensures strong matches and smooth onboarding for clients who need dependable hands and technical skill.
