MIG/MAG Welder Job in Holland

Salary & Benefits:

• Net Salary: From €500 per week.
• Accommodation:
  • Weekly rent: €140 - €168.60 for technical candidates.
  • Types: Houses and hotels.
• Health Insurance: €35.58 per week.
• Transportation Options:
  • Bicycle: €75 deducted twice from salary.
  • Car:
    • €25/week for drivers (includes insurance, maintenance, and fuel for commuting).
    • Private car use permitted.
    • Drivers are prioritized for planning.
  • Free transport for non-drivers (subject to work availability).
• Safety Equipment Deposit:
  • Safety shoes: €20 (deducted from first salary).
  • Key: €10 (deducted from first salary).

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG welding and assembly work based on technical drawings.
• Report progress and completed tasks to the site manager.
• Document deviations from technical drawings during installation.
• Inspect and ensure welding quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Maintain and clean welding tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

• Language: Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Certification:
  • VCA basic safety course is mandatory (can be completed before starting).
• Driving License: Advantageous but not mandatory.
• Other:
  • CV in English required.
  • Must be prepared for an on-site welding test upon arrival.
  • Willing to work and live with colleagues of multiple nationalities.
  • Long-term availability in the Netherlands.

Shift & Work Instructions:

• Shifts will follow the project requirements.
• Safety protocols and site-specific guidelines must always be followed.
