Welding Robot Operator Job in the Netherlands

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands

Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime available)
Salary: €16.35 – €17.34 gross per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated Welding Robot Operator to join a well-established metal processing company in Alphen aan den Rijn that specializes in equipment for the healthy food industry. As a Welding Robot Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic welding and laser cutting machines. You will monitor production quality, ensure safety procedures are followed, and play an important role in keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate robotic welding and laser cutting machinery
Monitor production processes and make adjustments when needed
Inspect and handle materials before and after processing
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues during operation
Follow all workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

Experience as a welding robot operator, machine operator, or in metal processing is an advantage
Technical knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to follow safety instructions and company standards
