Cook Job in The Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu.
• Perform preparatory work such as washing, cutting, and pre-cooking ingredients.
• Assess the quality of ingredients and ensure high standards in meal preparation.
• Monitor and maintain quality and presentation of dishes.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with an international team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ~€2100 net per month (based on 38 hours per week). Hourly rates vary by age:
  • 18 years: €11.41 gross/hour
  • 19 years: €12.96 gross/hour
  • 20+ years: €14.41 gross/hour
• Opportunity to earn overtime pay and tips.
• Work in various hospitality settings across the Netherlands.
• Accommodation provided in houses, hotels, summer houses, or bungalow parks (weekly rent: €128).
• Health insurance available at €38 per week.

Requirements:

• Must be between 20 - 45 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook.
• Fluent English skills (Advanced level required).
• Team player who can work in an international environment.
