We're currently hiring Bus Drivers (with or without experience) to operate electric buses in Bergen op Zoom. This is a great opportunity to start or continue your career with a reliable and future-focused transport company.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate electric buses on scheduled routes
- Deliver excellent, professional customer service
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
- Perform basic vehicle checks before shifts
- Report any vehicle or operational issues
- Represent the company with a neat appearance
Job Requirements
- EU Category D driving license
- Code 95 (Driver CPC)
- Prior experience as a bus, coach, or CE truck driver is a plus – but not required
- Willingness to work split shifts
- Friendly, punctual, and responsible attitude
What We Offer
- Net weekly salary: €580 – €600
- Private accommodation: €100/week (one person per room; houses, bungalows, etc.)
- Health insurance: €35.59/week
- Transport to/from work:
- Arranged by agency (€18.75/week for bike/e-bike/car)
- Free car use if you drive and bring a colleague
- Discounts/credits:
- €8.75/week discount for using a regular bike
- €3.75/week credit for using an electric bike
- Fuel costs: shared among car occupants; employer may contribute for longer commutes
- Work clothing and necessary equipment provided
Shift Structure:
- Morning Shift: ~3.5 hours
- Midday Break: ~4 hours (half paid)
- Afternoon Shift: ~4 hours
- Total: Around 40 hours per week
