Order Picker Job in Holland With Accommodation

Job Description:

Lekkerland is a leading food wholesale warehouse serving retail and convenience stores. We are hiring Order Pickers for the new season.

In this role, you will:

• Use an English voice-pick system to check customer requests.
• Operate an EPT (electric-pallet truck) or walk through the warehouse.
• Occasionally perform packing tasks, including labeling and stacking products.
• Operate a reach truck (if you have prior experience or certification).
• Report unsatisfactory products to the shift supervisor.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Environment:

• Room temperature: Standard.
• Fresh (+1°C to +4°C): Work in a cooler environment.
• Freezer (-23°C): Work in sub-zero temperatures with additional hourly allowances.

Requirements:

• A CV is required to apply.
• Prior experience in order picking or operating an EPT is a plus.
• Experience or certification for other warehouse vehicles is an advantage.
• Physical health and strength for heavy lifting.
• Flexibility for overtime and shifts in different temperatures, especially the freezer.
• English skills: Advanced level.
• Attention to detail, motivation, and teamwork skills.
