Responsibilities

• Quantify and control the quality of collected products.
• Sort, scan, and place fresh products for shipping.
• Move roll containers to designated loading locations.
• Identify and address product deviations.
• Use a pocket computer to transfer orders to drivers.

• Shift Hours:
  • 18:45 - 03:00
  • 21:00 - 07:00
• Working Days: 3-4 night shifts weekly (additional evening shifts optional post-training).
• Locations: Various warehouses including Veghel, Vianen, Venray, Amsterdam, and more.
• Work Environment: Temperature varies by department:
  • +18ºC in most locations.
  • +4ºC for fresh food products (protective gear provided).

Salary & Allowances

• Hourly Gross Salary:
  • €13.13 (age 20)
  • €14.23 (age 21 and above)
• Holiday Allowance: 10.5%
• Shift Allowances:
  • Mon-Fri (4:00-6:00, 19:00-22:00): 125%
  • Mon-Fri (22:00-4:00): 150%
  • Saturday (00:00-12:00): 150%
  • Saturday (after 12:00): 200%
  • Sundays & Holidays: 200%
• Cold Environment Allowances:
  • €0.49 (cooler)
  • €1.19 (freezer)

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Prior warehouse logistics experience, especially in cooler environments.
• Skills:
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
  • Team player and self-motivated.
• Health:
  • Physically fit and ready to work in cooler environments (+4ºC).
• Other:
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred, as drivers receive work and private car benefits).
  • Flexible with shifts and ready to commit to a minimum of 1 year.
  • Willing to live and work with multiple nationalities.
  • Adherence to safety rules (e.g., no visible piercings).
