CW TT Welder Job in Holland with Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG hand welding (20% of tasks).
• Operate semi-automatic welding robots (80% of tasks).
• Weld large steel plates (approximately 42 tons, 27 meters long) with precision.
• Contribute to the production of steel monopile tubes for offshore wind farms.
• Train to operate submerged arc welding robots.
• Work collaboratively in a team focused on quality and safety.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of MIG/MAG welding experience OR recent completion of a welding course.
  • Experience in metalworking, fabrication, or operating welding robots (preferred).
  • Overhead crane operation experience (advantage).
• Certifications:
  • VCA Basic Certificate (can be arranged by HOBIJ if needed).
• Skills & Traits:
  • Physically fit with attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive work approach.
  • Flexibility, motivation, and readiness to learn.
• Language Skills:
  • Advanced English skills (required).
• Availability:
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
  • Willingness to complete a game-based assessment test.
• Commitment:
  • Interest in a long-term role with potential relocation to the Netherlands.
