Under Powder Welder Job in the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform semi-automatic welding on circumferential seams using submerged arc welding techniques.
• Follow detailed instructions and set up equipment precisely according to safety standards.
• Monitor welding quality and accuracy consistently.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols and standards are always followed.
• Attend paid training sessions on submerged arc welding techniques, working with specialized materials.

Requirements:

• Certification: VCA Basic certificate in Dutch or English (can be arranged if not currently held).
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years in MIG/MAG welding or submerged arc welding.
  • Previous metalworking experience, with basic skills in machining and fabrication.
• Physical Ability: Fit for physical tasks, with strong analytical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with operating overhead cranes is an advantage.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation and participate in a paid training period.
• Assessment: Completion of an online game-based assessment to evaluate learning ability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment: Interest in a long-term position with the potential for growth, including relocation to the Netherlands.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €475 - €630 net/week (depending on experience and skills).
• Annual Salary Review: Performance-based raises.

• Free transport for non-drivers (priority for work is given to drivers).

Accommodation:

• Rent: €140 - €168.60 per week (for technical candidates).
• Housing in houses or hotels.

Health Insurance:

• €35.58 per week.
