MIG/MAG Welder/Assembler Job in the Netherlands

Job Description:

As a MIG/MAG Welder at Hapam, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality metal components used in disconnector systems and high-voltage switchgear. Your primary tasks will include:

• Performing precise MIG/MAG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to execute welding tasks accurately.
• Assembling components based on technical schematics.
• Inspecting work quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintaining welding tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG/MAG welder, preferably in a production setting.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Experience in assembly work from drawings.
• High attention to precision and material knowledge.
• Self-motivated and strong teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €14.50 net per hour.
• Overtime: Paid at €14.50/hour.
