Car Damage Preparator Job for Car Mechanics in the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the panel beating process before preparation.
• Sand clear metal and apply the first layer of putty.
• Restore the original lines and shape in repaired parts.
• Sand the putty to ensure smooth finishing.
• Apply and sand filler and primer.
• Mask cars accurately and efficiently before painting.
• Polish painted cars to remove sags, dust, and fade-out areas.
• Apply kits in the same manner as originally applied.
• Repair bumpers using a welding machine.
• Use prescribed tools correctly and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Complete assignments following proper processes to meet quality standards within the specified time frame.
• Perform job tasks independently.

Job Conditions:

• Salary: From €525 net per week.
• Working Hours: At least 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime.
• Accommodation: Provided in houses. Rent: €135 per week (specialists receive a €52.50 net discount).
• Health Insurance: €38.05 per week.
• Transport:
  • E-bike, bike, or company car provided.
  • Fuel allowance: €0.23/km if using a private car for work.
• Contract Type:
  • Temporary contract initially. If performance is good, the contract can become permanent.
