Order Picker Job in the Netherlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect bread from the production line.
• Monitor the baking process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in resolving minor technical issues during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform additional related tasks as required.

Salary & Shift Allowances:

Base Rate: €15.69 gross/hour

• Monday to Friday:
  • 06:00 – 18:00: 100% pay
  • 18:00 – 00:00: 134% pay
  • 00:00 – 04:00: 137% pay
  • 04:00 – 06:00: 134% pay
• Saturday:
  • 00:00 – 04:00: 137% pay
  • 04:00 – 18:00: 134% pay
  • After 18:00: 200% pay

Requirements:

• Age Range: 21–50
• Language Skills: Advanced English required.
• A CV in English is mandatory for application.
• Previous experience in similar work is a strong advantage.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Technical insight is a bonus.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities.
• Must adhere to food production safety guidelines (e.g., no jewelry, false nails, or eyelashes).
